Coping with Failure
After four competition washouts in a week, it's taking a lot of resiliency to get through today...
Hi all,
Here’s a round up for this week: I’ve been writing regularly on the Patreon Blog, with some extra snippets for subscribers. Today, though, I’ve got a post about coping with failure. I entered four competitions with outcomes this week, and didn’t get anywhere with any of them. This is how I deal with how tough that can be.
You can also find me writing on the Pandemic Diaries, where I’m an editor and senior henchperson. If you’d like to submit a diary-style personal piece about life under lockdown, I’d love that. It isn’t paid but it’s a great opportunity to share stories about the weird world we all live in right now.
Subscribers to the Patreon can grab a deleted scene featuring Lor from an early draft of Five Empires.
I know these are crazy times, and you’re all busy with difficult lives, so thank you for taking the time to read and show your support. If there’s any question you’d like answering, I’ll do my best to respond!
